Who are you guys?
Good question! Shahir is the son of Ahmed Sarwar and Morshedara (Molly) Sarwar. Duriba is the daughter of Dr. Ghulam Mustafa Khan and Ismat Nasreen Khan.
When and where is the wedding?
Our nikah will take place on July 5, at Oak and Ivy, located at 11858 FM 428, Aubrey, TX 76227 inshallah.
What time should I arrive?
The nikah ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM, so please plan to arrive on time to find your seat.
Can I bring a gift?
Your presence is the best gift! If you’d like to give something, we kindly ask that you avoid boxed gifts, as we’ll be flying back to New York after the event. Thank you!
How did you guys meet?
We met at our friend's birthday party at a park in Brooklyn, NY!
